How much does it cost?

One-off setup: Found Kit KSh 7,500, Replied Kit KSh 25,000, Booked Kit KSh 50,000. Kit Care is KSh 4,000 a month if you want us to keep everything running. Domain, hosting and WhatsApp messaging fees are paid separately at cost.

How long does setup take?

Found Kit 3 days, Replied Kit 7 days, Booked Kit 10 days. Google verification can add a few days, depending on Google.

Do I keep my own WhatsApp number?

Yes. We set everything up on your number. It’s your number, your profile and your reviews.

Do you work outside Nairobi?

Yes. We work with businesses across Kenya. Everything is done over WhatsApp and phone.

I’m not good with technology. Will I manage?

Yes. We set it up, then show you how it works on your own phone. You’ll also have WhatsApp support after handover.

How do I pay?

By M-Pesa to Till 1788675. We start work once you’ve paid a 40% deposit, and you pay the rest when the job is done.

I already have a Google profile. Can you fix it?

Yes. We’ll check it for free and tell you what’s missing.
